It is my pleasure to announce the winner of the Graduate Essay Competition from the 2016 Society for Ricoeur Studies Conference.
Cristina Vendra (Università degli studi di Chieti, Italy / École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales, France) has won for her paper “Reconfiguring the social bond: Paul Ricœur’s phenomenology of imagination across tradition and innovation”.
Cristina’s prize of $250 will be awarded at the 2017 conference in Boston (Massachusetts, USA)—Oct 5-7. In addition, her essay is eligible for publication in the online journal Études Ricoeuriennes / Ricoeur Studies.
